Pork tenderloin dànbǐng.

Some dànbǐng (literally egg pancake, a popular Taiwanese breakfast dish) filled with small pieces of pork tenderloin for breakfast. Woke up earlier today than usual, and found that there were still breakfast resturaunts open. Hopefully this means that I am slowly weaning myself off of the jetlag.
