Today I decided to walk in a new direction from my apartment that I usually don’t go in — away from the mrt — because I had seen some places to eat at when I came home yesterday. Turns out there is a whole street teaming with activity just nearby. With a Typhoon currently travelling over the Ryukyu islands, a bowl of hot beef noodles braised in soy sauce is always a good choice.
