Another night-market night after a long day of studying. Ended up eating this braised pork knuckle — very heavy and braised with quite a lot of cinnamon gave it a lot of Christmas notes. Quite difficult to strip meat off the bones with just chopsticks, but I figured it out. A side of some more classic pork and a cup of black ice tea.
