Scallion pancakes. Went to a new night market on the other side of town. This one felt more touristy, but at this point I have tried enough food to tell what is and is not worth the money. Also bought a “Thai-style chicken bun”, but did not take a picture of it. Being able to mix and match different foods at a reasonable price really is one of the best parts of night markets.
